This kitchen renovation changed the use of space in a back split single family home. The original kitchen was situated on the upper level at the front of the house which was later converted to a laundry room and powder room. The lower level of the house had a stunning walk out to the patio that was disconnected from the entertaining space. The relocation of the kitchen to the lower back level of the home offered a more modern open concept look and feel and created a better use of space.
